Declare module augmentation on `TypographyPropsVariantOverrides`

Current Behavior

There was a recent PR that was an attempt to migrate Meshery Cloud UI to use Sistent theme.

Unfortunately the fonts did not work, and so now we need to review the sistent codebase to see what was missing.
