Windows curl support?

I manage to get almost everything working, but it fails when i need to do the fetchplayers because of the curl library, there's a change that you could provide a solution for windows or using pycurl?
Also maybe as an advice will be nice always using the parameter encoding='utf-8' when you open a json file, in this way it helps to create more compatibility between SO
