Update not deploying

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upload
2.Wait
3.Check Device
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am suppose to see the notification for my app update
but instead nothing happens
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest, Windows 7

I'm very sorry it does not work. Please, check the last paragraph on this page:
http://code.google.com/p/auto-update-apk-client/ and issues number 22 and 23 in
this tracker, there was quite a discussion about the correct settings for
update timeout for development and deployment versions.
