getting "someone already uploaded by app"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to upload LogiTrack.apk
What is the expected output? expected to upload
What do you see instead? "someone else has already uploaded"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.

could you please tell me the app ID of the app you're trying to upload?
something along the lines of "com.domain.appname"? I'll check the database and
see if someone has already uploaded this application.
