eclipselibrary update-site does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start eclipse
2. Try to install the eclipselibrary plugin from
http://scrumvision.sourceforge.net/update-site/eclipselibrary
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can not retrieve the needed plugin from the site. I guess it is because
http://scrumvision.sourceforge.net meanwhile moved to
http://code.google.com/p/scrumvision
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
eclipselibrary 0.17
Ubuntu 10.4

An update of the plugin (v1.3.0) have been posted in the update site.
