BI: specify the number of days

Define the number of days used in the BI workload (currently 35 33) in the specification. These come with their own daily update batches.

Additionally, it defines daily batches of updates over a 33-day period
(see
\autoref{sec:bi-insert-operations} for inserts and
\autoref{sec:bi-delete-operations} for deletes).
