To investigate: global count obfuscated query randomly fails

Sometimes only, a MedCo query type "global count obfuscated" fails, and leaves medco-unlynx in a failed state. I have a hunch that it is at the final global aggregation step, where the encrypted results of all site are combined, and if they add up to a negative number and / or one of the results is a negative number. (this can happen before of the "dumb" obfuscation currently implemented)
This might be related to ldsec/medco-unlynx#33
