OpenInfraMap raster tiles are deprecated

I've switched openinframap.org over to use vector tiles. The raster tile server is still working, and I'm not planning on removing this imminently but I'm no longer maintaining them so they'll probably disappear suddenly at some point.

@russss thx for the info, do you think we should remove the tiles form the script now or should we wait that you ping us when they will be definitively down ?
