Esri.OceanBasemap not displaying

This is likely related to #493. I've updated leaflet but the problem persists. The demo links to https://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Ocean/World_Ocean_Base/MapServer/tile/{z}/{y}/{x} which does direct to a map without issue. Is it possible that the endpoint has changed since the last fix?

From my side these tiles are correctly loaded on demo page, do you confirm ?
