As soon as my nav sticks to the top the content below slightly jumps up behind it! How can this be avoided?

It basically takes your nav away from the code. So now the element below it thinks it does not exist anymore so it jumps up. Try adding a margin-top to the element as soon as you stick the nav or follow the troubleshoot here: https://github.com/leafo/sticky-kit/wiki/Troubleshooting (very first issue)
