xchroot is missing from the man page

I can take a look at the script and write an entry, but it would be easier if someone who's used it can do it.

Would it be okay to fix the position of xpcdeps in the man page in the same PR? It's not following alphabetical order, currently. (this is totally a nitpick and can be dismissed).
