xdowngrade does not resolve dependencies

I'm not sure this is an intended usecase.
If I build a package on a machine, then move it to another machine and install it via xdowngrade,
then it complains about missing dependencies, instead of just installing those.

That's OK. Add the dependencies to your install line.
