What technical change you'd like to see implemented in our API?
ClockUtilTest might report sporadic failures as the following. This will depend on how fast the test actually run, so an alternative should be found (or a workaround)
Failures:
Error: ClockUtilTest.utcNow:13 expected: <2021-12-03T20:38:20> but was: <2021-12-03T20:38:21>
