Build instructions improvements

- It is hard to discover the Windows build instructions page without the sidebar. The build instructions link on https://docs.leaningtech.com/cheerp/Getting-started#install links to the Linux instructions only.
- https://docs.leaningtech.com/cheerp/Getting-started#install implies that there are build instructions for macOS, but there isn't.
