I can see from your fork (https://github.com/agardnerIT/webvm/actions) that the Deploy
workflow has not been correctly run.
The CMD (and other) variable are replaced during the Deploy
workflow. Please try again following the instructions here: https://github.com/leaningtech/webvm/tree/main?tab=readme-ov-file#fork-deploy-customize
