This is the notebook that makes full advantage of refactoring from data_utils.py so it will probably be the easiest point of entry for newcomers.

Linking this to #45 so the updated quickstart notebook can be tested

@jerrylin96 is your suggestion to use the quickstart notebook instead of the Quickstart, or the two somehow together? Please let us know in #45 so we can test this.
