Confirmation dialog or timeout before publishing allocation

I accidentally mis-clicked on the „Publish“ button after playing around with the choices for a bit and sent out a preliminary allocation to my 50+ students, which caused a lot of confusion. Hence I think there should be a confirmation dialog which also tells you something along the lines of “this sends an e-mail and cannot be undone” before publishing. Alternatively, there could be a time-out of a few minutes to undo the publication before e-mails are sent, as is the case with forum posts.
