mod_form: height for id_strategyopt_strategy_yesno_default is off

Hi,
the height for id_strategyopt_strategy_yesno_default is off and dosn't match all the other heights for input-fields.
The reason is the hardcoded size in mod_form.
I check with all the other strategies and there should be no problems for this select field.
