Thanks for adding a seperate issue for this. I think it is good to cover this in our redesign of this section.

I think it may make sense to have just icons to "increase fee" and "cancel transaction" so they take up less real estate. They could expand on hover to show "increase fee" or "cancel transaction" but I am not sure if that is even needed, it will be obvious to the user on the page they go to after clicking the icon.

#5536 (comment) adding this here for visibility. Not sure if this is still needed if that design is adopted with 5536.
