valueLabelBackgroundColor doesn't work

You can set isValueBackgroundLabelEnabled = false, but this ruins the alignment of the labels.
isValueLabelBackgroundAuto doesn't apply the slightly darker color, instead it applies a dark gray.
valueLabelBackgroundColor does nothing
