api returns HTTP 503 on some cases (/api/broadcast)

This error happens from time to time on dPoll when we try to broadcast some Comments. This has been occured 13 times in 6k requests. From the logs, I couldn't find any particular characteristic of the failed requests.
I am thinking about adding a retry scenario if the response code is 503. Meanwhile, it would be good if somebody has an idea about why this is happening.

This issue appear because steemconnect API server went down. Do you still having this issue @emre ?
