[Suggestion] SC3 wallet password instead of encryption key for each account

Based on my understanding, SC3 (extension) is more like Keychain.

I think for this kind of browser wallet, having one wallet password is much more intuitive.

It supports multiple accounts and users want to use multiple account conveniently.

Having a separate password for each account isn't convenient.

Also, probably for that reason, users are asked to set that password after importing account/key, which is very counter-intuitive.

In addition, don't user the term "Encryption key" in the above, since it sounds like a key of PKI. So users may think it should be some private key (or steem master password for that account).

I've changed the term "Encryption key" to "Wallet password".

The tradeoff of having a password for all account is that only one person can use the app, this is why we decided to have a password (or encryption key) for each account. Ideally it should be possible to have multiple account per password and multiple password too.
