Cannot create a new app.. in steemconnect site.

Hello.

I have a problem: I cannot create a new app.
when I create an app, the site moves the login page for authentication.
But when I tried to log in. the site gives me a below message.

You need to import
your account using your password or activation key to do this request. Click the "Import account" button to proceed.

so I changed an Import account mode. then tried to log in again. but there is no action from the site.

I have no idea what to do next.
Please solve this problem.
