Wrong deployed tanks in a proportional chart

In the "proportional tank losses" chart, isn't the top for the russian number of deployed tanks wrong?
It seems that the top is 1500, but it should be 2,840, according to the description beneath?
Not sure which you are referring too - though note that the number is adjusted for captures.
There are two baselines - 2,840 deployed and a whopping 13K total in inventory (though many are useless). Both numbers are used in different plots and labeled accordingly.
Hello, sorry to respond so late.
I'm talking about this graph :
If I take the current number of tank losses of the Armed forces of Ukraine from Oryx's website :
Based of the total number of Available tanks (2 100) on the start of the war, we are at a ~22% loss, which matches the graph.
However, for the russian side, if I take this data from Oryx :
And apply the same maths based on the 2 840 available tanks, we're at 63%, not 150%.
150% would mean the loss of 4260 deployed tanks... :/
