Random crash on iOS release mode

Sentry shows following error
EXC_BAD_ACCESS Exception 1, Code 1, Subcode 9223372036854775816 > KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x8000000000000008.
@RoshanNepal new version of iOS SDK was released(2.9.0) at 2023-03-28 and commented "seeing with latest sdk" by zendesk deveropler advocacy.
can you check this issue still occur after re-install pods and re-build?
@leegeunhyeok , I have been experiencing this issue for quite some time now. I re-installed the pod and tested it on the new build that was created on 2023-03-30. The crash seems to occur randomly and I am unable to reproduce it consistently.
@RoshanNepal thank you for following. I also have similar issues on production releases, but still can't resolve this issue because it's not reproduced on ours environment. maybe those issues are occur under certain situations, user device status, etc..
I'm watching Zendesk community and will follow up for resolve it.
It keeps crashing on the Release builds both Android and iOS.
