link for distribution chart is invalid

The 'difficulty and frequency distribution chart' link (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0Aqt--%20wSNYfuxdGxQWVFsOGdVVWxQRlNUVXZTdEpOeEE&output=html) described in README.md is invalid. Does anybody have a backup of it?
