Not sure on how to go about fixing this. Any ideas?

Weird bug, can you please tell me your OS and Sublime Text version?
Could you also paste your Sublime Text settings?

Did you try to resize the panel height?

Ah! Resizing the Panel height worked. It snapped to the default size and wouldn't allow it to resize any smaller. No clue how it became that size in the first place. Thank you!
