Map interface improvements

Some general improvements should be made to the map interface.
- improve legend visibility
- remove minimap
- slide zoom buttons over when panels are open
- increase the size of the click event so it's easier to select a sink

Instead of increasing the size of the click event, I just create a style in Geoserver with larger points (though the layer is invisible) and the larger point size seems to make it easier to select a given sink (one doesn't need to be as exact with the mouse click).
