Silent Hill 2 hangs at EE setup.

I'm trying to install Silent Hill 2 and it appears to hang when running the Enhanced Edition setup. I get a Wine Desktop appearing and I have left it for over 30 mins and it doesn't look like any files from the setup are getting created. I have ran a debug log which is attached.

Any help would be appreciated.
Bit of an update I think it might be related to my distro. I'm using Nobara Project and it appears whenever a virtual desktop opens it freezes. I've just tried an install on my Arch laptop and it was flawless.
I have just confirmed it seems to be tied to the built in Lutris Wine version. If I switch to system Wine or lutris ge Virtual Desktop functions correctly confirming there is no issue with your script and it works fine.
