rain effect glitchy

i don't really know who to blame but when ever there is light or heavy rain the effect is really bad, the water just stays there it dont even move even while flying, in addition sometimes i cant see because of the rain, and there is no wipers or some sort of way to get rid of it without changing the weather settings, anyways its not a big deal and something to be put in investigation because its just an effect but im just saying realisim, other than that i wish there was working wipers even if they dont move, just make the water go away in the same effect

Known thing...
The issue lies within the FG rain effect that we use as it doesn't really support wipers...
