Add "Zoom to Fit" menu item/accelerator key

Currently Under View > Zoom we have zoom in/out, and native res ("reset"), but no fit option. As all the other zoom toolbar buttons have a corresponding menu item and key, it would be a more orthogonal UX to include fit as well.
My common usecase is when loading images that are smaller than the window dimensions. I navigate with the keyboard, so it would be nice if I could quickly zoom to fit without having to mouse over to the toolbar.
Instead, or additionally, could have a global user setting for "always zoom by default", instead of just when the image is too big on at least one dimension.
Thoughts? Can create a related issue if this seems desirable.
A new preference option might be okay, but having it always on no matter what would be annoying.
