[Question] can we provide on which zoom level the clusters should expand ?

I have 3 levels of data that I need to expand, Country -> State -> City, so is there a way to achieve a certain zoom level cluster expanding? like on zoom 1-5 Countries, 6-10 States, 10+ cities ( 3 levels of expanding only regardless of the data).
as far as I looked I couldn't find such functionality.
