Just banned my user alt for testing and it's showing The ban appeal is closed: Open for it. Replying with my admin account still shows it underneath the reply. Finally editing/deleting the admin reply allows the user to appeal. I don't think anyone should be allowed to edit/delete in appeals however. Accepting an appeal does not unban, but it gets removed from ban list.
