I cannot download the dataset...

I went the link you mentioned and typed the password, but I still could not download the dataset.

They requried me to install the baidunet and join in it.
The problem is that I cannot create the account since I am Korean living in Korea.
Could you upload the dataset to Google Cloud where anyone can get access easily?
