Change around some of the logging levels

It would be nice to not have not correcting permisions on * - FMODE, UID, or GID missing. cluttering up the logs. I know the bot doesn't like my permissions. I do not care unless it's keeping it from transcoding. Also, permisions is spelled wrong.
