Documentation for adding 'ignore_patterns'

It's not clear how the ignore_patterns config variable works. I've tried to ignore a folder, but Lemonsync still seems to be picking up files that are changing within that folder.

I noticed a bug where the ignore_patterns was not being read in. This was fixed in 0.1.7. Also, I wrote out some documentation here: https://github.com/lemonstand/LemonSync/wiki/Configuration
