Windows 10 VMs can't change resolution

Windows 10 currently boots with a basic (read EFI-based) graphics driver, which can't change resolution, see: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1540818

Switching to -vga qxl and then installing drivers atop the basic display works.

This isn't the major deal that it was, as the Win10 VMs have gone back to MBR booting, however switching to qxl by default, with a --no-virtio option to switch to std/pcnet.
