Notification is activated but only does one when I start a profile download and not when it finishes.

As the title says. I'm on the latest version on Win10 latest version also. The setting for notification is enabled.
But I get no notifications for when it finishes downloading a profile and/or everything that was queued up.

Is it as intended? And if so, can a notification for when it finishes downloading be implemented please? c:
