Extension no longer brings up save prompt after downloading

For a while now, the extension hasn't really been working for me, if I click on a page with lots of images to download, it will say it's downloaded them, and put a little tick symbol, but the prompt for me to save the compressed archive no longer shows up even though I have it set to ask me where to save each time.

I'm using Firefox for this, latest version.
