Unable to save/download image on only this particular pixiv user's page

Describe the bug

Upon clicking "DL image" button, it changes to "Save image" immediately and no download happens.

Expected behavior

Upon clicking "DL image" button, it should change to "Downloading 1%" and progress until 100%, and then save the image to the downloads folder.
