I unfortunately cannot find any online documentation from my bank of the format.

The files are named "export.csv", and my OS will rename new ones "export-1.csv", etc

The five columns contain the following YNAB relevant information:

Payee; date; skip; Inflow and Outflow (represented by positive and negative values); skip

There is no header row.
