Sleep battery consumption

Opened this issue · 7 comments

Power consumption overnight is 48% . Is that right ?

I remeberred read a topic saying only 4% overnight.

You're probably not in S3 mode. Please check your bios settings. Make sure S3 sleeping is enable.

I have check the bios(1.30) and did not find the s3 setting except the "block sleep mode (Disabled)". Is there any special progress to enable it ?

Your bios setting is right. Can you run 'sudo pmset -g' in your terminal and take a screenshot? Please double check that your sleep mode work in windows or not.

Thanks, here is the screen shot:

Disable powernap and proximitywake. Make sure block sleep isn't checked in BIOS.

Also try regenerating CPUFriend, unlocking CFG.

UPDATE: sorry, I will disable proximitywake and have a try.

Thanks. I have disabled powernap on battery but did not find proximity wake.
double checked block sleep unchecked in Bios.
