As I don't use this plugin anymore, I'm looking for new maintainers. Leave a comment on this issue if you want to take over maintenance of this plugin.
Also, I'm not sure if this plugin is necessary anymore, since the web has developed really well the past years. Browser support for CSS Animations is really good nowadays, so my feeling is that the days of jQuery Modern Blink are over.
