authentication keeps failing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the example-simple-download.py file on linux

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm expecting to see the downloaded file but it keeps throwing the 
BadAuthentication exception.

I've double and triple checked the username and password and they are correct.

Is this a script that cannot be run in a terminal?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Ubuntu 12.04

You probably are using two factor authentication, so it won't work.
