Internationalize list headers

Lists are a quite new GUI type (introduced with the lobby), and it's headers are noted inside XML attributes. So it's not possible to surround them with extra tags.
The lists can be found in the lobby (map list, players list ...).
Either we should modify the XML a bit, or we should set the headers via JS, and translate them there.
