OG:Description erroneously converting ' to ’

The site appears to automatically convert single quotes (and possibly others?) in the og:description, causing rendering issues in social media clients that do not render HTML entities. If possible, remove whatever filter is causing this - specifically targeting the og:description, and NOT disabling this conversion behavior in the body text.
