Hello,

please is the information in this file still correct?

Add your language in netlify.toml and layouts\_partial\langs.html.

I have not found any languages in layouts_partial\langs.html.

Oh, I know what is causing this issue now. The README that displays on the main page (https://github.com/letsencrypt/website
) has a WRONG link. TRANSLATION.md redirects to the old version stored in the master branch:

To help with translation, please see [TRANSLATION.md](https://github.com/letsencrypt/website/blob/master/TRANSLATION.md).

That version is outdated.

I am changing the title because apparently README.md needs to be updated so that the TRANSLATION.md link goes to the latest version stored in the main branch.
