Update Staging Environment documentation for current hierarchy

New intermediates were enabled in staging a month ago, but the documentation for staging still refers to issuing from (STAGING) Artificial Apricot R3 and (STAGING) Ersatz Edamame E1, and the link for "You can find all of our staging certificates here." goes to a folder that doesn't have the new staging intermediates.
