Great examples and video. It has potential.
Suggest you add install dependencies to save time. Something that should have taken 15-30 minutes took 1.5-2 hours.
install Postman
Maybe add a script for:
cargo install --locked wasm-bindgen-cli
cargo install --locked trunk
cargo install tauri-cli
