Audio problem with cli_talk & cli_deskboard

Problems reported

• eSpeak in some situation do not sound output correctly
• Deskboard in Python do not play radio player correctly

Hardware affected

• Yes, Raspberry Pi Zero

Reproductible

• Not sure

Explaination

• eSpeak do not output sound correctly if started by a cron job or other, need to be started by a elevated parent process.
• Deskboard radio make very high usage of buffer and for unknown reason can loose the ability to output sound on speaker.
